Free standard ground shipping
Standard ground shipping is included in the price of our Valhalla tents, camp furniture, sleep products and electric pumps for delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. There is no minimum order value for these products. Orders ship from Texas. We cover standard ground freight when required for larger items.
Expedited shipping and freight
Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping or freight costs extra and is subject to product availability and carrier service to your destination. Before placing your order, email sales@vikingoutdoorco.com with the products, quantities, delivery ZIP code and required arrival date. We will confirm availability and the additional charge before you pay for expedited service. Free standard shipping does not include expedited delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii and delivery restrictions
Free ground shipping for tents, camp and sleep products does not extend to Alaska or Hawaii. Contact us before ordering for shipping availability and a separate quote. These products require a physical street address; we do not offer standard delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. territories.
Apparel shipping
Apparel uses separate shipping rates: standard shipping is $8 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15 where available. Available options and charges are shown at checkout. In mixed orders, apparel and larger equipment may ship separately; choosing Express for apparel does not expedite tents, camp or sleep products.
Timing and multiple packages
Dispatch and transit times depend on product availability, order size and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date. Expedited transit does not shorten production or preorder waiting times.
Large tents and other equipment may ship in multiple boxes, which can arrive on different days. Tracking details will be provided as they become available. Please check the tracking for every package before reporting a missing item.
